Honor Recitals

Participating in festival? Especially proud of a musical piece that you, or your child, have worked very hard to perfect? Show off your talents by sending in a recording for Honor Recitals. A recital will be held daily to showcase students attending Idaho Suzuki Institute. Students may audition to perform in the Honor Recitals by submitting a polished solo or duet recording. Selections do not need to come from the Suzuki repertoire, but they must be polished and ready to perform for an audience. Students who perform in the Honor Recitals will be selected only from the recordings. Send a good quality cassette, CD, DVD or video of your performance, preferred with accompaniment if it is a string solo but is not required. Include the application and send to: Jenny Jones, 2831 S. Bay Star Way; Meridian, ID 83642. Must be postmarked by May 1, 2010.

An accompanist will be available for all performers at Institute. If you wish to use your own accompanist at Institute please include your accompanists name with your application.
